We are looking for experienced and motivated Workday Functional Lead/Analyst – Core HCM, ESS/MSS. Would you like to develop your skills and refine your craft in a pioneering technology company, where you'll join a highly collaborative, growing team and support their cutting-edge core platform

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Lead/Analyst – Core HCM, ESS/MSS to deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with a strong focus on Core HCM functional areas and subject matter expertise across those domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of system implementation and enhancements as the Workday HCM functional expert, including business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing.
  • Coach stakeholders during business process design, proactively offering options, risks, and downstream impacts related to decisions.
  • Configure the Workday system according to client business requirements and Workday standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation.
  • Collaborate on integration design, configuration, and testing.
  • Align and collaborate with project leadership, proactively communicating project risks and issues.
  • Work closely with project team members and HRIS colleagues to support testing of internal changes and Workday releases.
  • Ensure processes are configured within SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) guidelines.
  • Provide a high level of customer support through internal ticketing systems and standard communication channels.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant or in full-cycle Workday HCM implementations.
  • Prior experience as a Workday functional consultant or subject matter expert in Workday HCM business processes, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and related functional areas such as ESS/MSS.
  • Experience in business process discovery, functional design, configuration, and testing.
  • Understanding of SDLC and/or project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Workday HCM certifications preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in Workday HCM functional consulting is required.

Benefits:

  • 100% Medical Insurance premium for Employee will be paid by Synechron.
  • Medical Insurance Premium for the dependents on residence visa will be paid on 50% - 50% copay policy of Synechron.
  • Employment visa and residence visa cost will be paid by Synechron for employees and his/her dependents.
  • Initial entry ticket will be paid by Synechron for employee and his/her dependents (for movements from outside UAE).
  • 22 working days of Annual leaves and 15 Sick leaves will be given to an employee as per UAE.
