Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Our team is dedicated to helping medium-sized enterprises optimize their human capital management processes. We are constantly pushing boundaries of the technology and finding innovative ways to make our deployments smoother and faster. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday HCM Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations with at least 3 end-to-end HCM deployments.
• Strong data migration skills to ensure accuracy when transferring from legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday solutions.
• Ability to lead workshops and training for clients on Workday functionalities.

Preferences:

• Workday Core HCM Certification (Compensation & Advanced Compensation certifications are a plus).
• Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
