8 years experience in Workday HCM on modules Core HR, Compensation, Payroll and Recruitment
Familiar/experience working on Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, Integrations(EIB, Core Connector, Studio, Cloud Connect), Custom Objects, Security
Primary Responsibilities
Understands and performs primary day-to-day activities such as, but not limited to :
Designing and developing new reports and integrations
Enhancements to existing reports and integrations
Perform security configurations
Maintenance and performance tuning/optimization of integrations
Manages break-fix activities to resolution
Works in a team environment, effectively dividing work load and integrating with team solutions with an ability to coordinate between multiple teams in the project.
Needs to coordinate with onsite business analyst and technical team, attend meetings during India/US timings and provide regular updates and ensure proper handshake between onsite and HDC
Need to be flexible to take up P1 and P2 issues during night times in case of unavailability of onsite lead
Technical & Professional Requirements
At least 5+ years in Workday HCM Integrations (Development, Enhancements and Maintenance)
Experience in Studio integrations along with EIB and Core Connector and Document Transformation
