- Position Type - Permanent/Fulltime
- Working Hours 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST at least
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ Year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant with strong working experience in Core Compensation & Workday Reporting
- HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required.
- The following Workday Partner Certifications are preferred: Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Benefits and Launch
- Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.
- All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.
- Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports.
- Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices to make appropriate implementation recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)
