Job Summary
The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in delivering Workday solutions focusing on Workday HCM and technical reports. With 6 to 8 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to projects in the Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting domains. This role requires expertise in Workday technologies to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions to optimize human resource processes and improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Workday reports that meet business needs.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend Workday-based solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in Workday configuration integration and reporting to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of Workday solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability before deployment.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues to maintain system performance.
- Facilitate user training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of Workday features.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features to leverage new functionalities for business advantage.

- Possess strong expertise in Workday HCM and technical reporting with a proven track record of successful implementations.
