Position Title: Resource - Manager Compensation & Benefit
Location: Chennai - Royal Enfield Global Headquarters
Key Responsibilities
- Annual Appraisals: Lead the workings, review, and finalization of annual salary appraisals for Staff, Executives, and Trainees.
- Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Participate in salary surveys (Korn Ferry, SIAM Deloitte) and analyze market data to ensure external competitiveness.
- Global Mobility: Review expat contracts (Brazil, Thailand, US) and design salary fitments for movements outside India.
- Offer Management: Evaluate and approve CTC offerings from a costing perspective, highlighting outlier cases to management.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all C&B practices comply with labor laws, pay equity, and human rights standards.
- Data Integrity: Manage salary masters, validate data against payroll, and generate data-driven reports for leadership.
- Policy Oversight: Refresh Short-Term and Long-Term Assignment policies and manage insurance premium renewals.
What We're Looking For
- Education: A Master's degree in Human Resources (Essential).
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience specifically in Rewards and Compensation & Benefits teams.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, thinking unconventional, and the ability to foster boundaryless collaboration across central HR and business teams.
