Must have Skills & Experience Required

5+ years of strong business analysis experience within HR Domain. -
Good domain understanding of HR applications like Workday and HR practices in employee life cycle. -
Good understanding of cloud data platforms, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools. -
Proven track record of having strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high focus on your customers. -
Aware of the AGILE terminologies and should have knowledge of AGILE tools like JIRA, Confluence etc. -
Knowledge of data querying & analysis will be an added advantage. Good to Have -
Prior experience of handling workforce data on any HR tool. -
Understanding of HR KPIs to take data driven decisions.
