Workday Functional Consultant (HCM / Finance)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday HCM or Finance modules. The consultant will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, optimize processes, and ensure smooth Workday operations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR (HCM) or Finance teams.

• Configure Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent) or Finance modules (Financial Management, Procurement, Projects).

• Support Workday implementation, upgrades, and release activities.

• Create and maintain functional design documents, business process flows, and testing scenarios.

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migrations.

• Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Workday best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth system operations.

• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using Workday capabilities.

• Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Time & Absence) or Finance modules (Financial Management, Procurement, Projects).

• Experience in Workday configuration, business process setup, and testing.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
