Workday Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement changes in Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or Payroll.
• Support HR and business users with day-to-day issues and system questions.
• Participate in new module rollouts, system upgrades, and testing activities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure Workday works well with other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and monitoring.
• Provide training and documentation to HR users and stakeholders.
• Support change management and communication during system updates or new functionality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 510 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of at least two or more Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation).
• Experience in Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with data audits, testing, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
