We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant with a primary focus on Workday Reporting. The ideal candidate will leverage their functional expertise in Workday to design, develop, and deliver robust reporting solutions. This role requires an immediate to 15-day joiner.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to Workday reporting and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Design, build, and test various Workday reports, including simple, advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide support for existing Workday reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare documentation for reporting solutions, including design specifications and user guides.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Proven functional experience with Workday, specifically in Workday Reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to create various types of Workday reports (e.g., advanced, matrix, composite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Workday security concepts as they relate to reporting.
- Additional Workday HCM functional skills (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation) are a plus, but not a requirement for this role.
