Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on financial processes and key business decisions.
• Advise clients on industry best practices for Workday Financials to ensure clean configuration and optimized workflows.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions within the Workday Financials platform.
• Demonstrate system configurations through prototyping sessions.
• Apply Workday's Implementation Methodology across all engagements.
• Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Leverage prior ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to enhance implementation outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing product training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
