Job Description
As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, configure Workday solutions based on business requirements, and ensure a smooth deployment and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional consulting and implementation support for Workday Finance
- Work closely with clients to understand financial processes and requirements
- Configure Workday Finance solutions to meet client needs
- Support smooth deployment and implementation of Workday Finance
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including:
- Data migration
- Testing
- Training
- Post go-live support
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with successful implementations
- Workday Finance certification (C2C)
- Strong expertise in the following Workday Finance modules:
- Customer Accounts
- Contracts
- Order Management
- Billing
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Revenue Recognition
- Tax
- Reporting
- Strong understanding of Workday Finance best practices and business processes
- Experience in Workday reporting (calculated fields is a plus)
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
