Responsibilities
Skill: Workday Functional Core HCM
Work Location: Bangalore
Exp Range: 4 to 6 Year
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience: At least 4+ years of functional experience in HCM product suite modules such as Recruiting Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Payroll, and Absence.
- Implementation: Experience in end-to-end implementations.
- Consulting Background: Preferred experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization in another ERP application (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian).
- Client Implementations: Involvement in at least 2 full cycle client implementations.
- Track Record: Proven success in implementing and supporting HCM solutions.
Other Qualifications:
- Client Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to develop expertise to provide the right solutions for client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Strong working relationships with team members, management, and onshore counterparts.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Prioritization: Capable of prioritizing conflicting demands with minimal supervision.
- Module Mastery: Expertise in at least 2 HCM product suite modules (Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Payroll, Absence).
- Customer Engagement: Ability to understand customer requirements, configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations, and assist in testing.
- Implementation Methodology: Familiarity with Workday's Implementation Methodology and its application in customer engagements.
- Data Conversion: Assist customers in converting legacy data into Workday.
- Integration Support: Support the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
- Testing: Develop and execute lifecycle test scenarios in collaboration with the Test Lead to ensure smooth transitions to production.
- Mentorship: Share product knowledge and mentor other consultants.
- Project Success: Contribute to successful project outcomes and build lasting customer relationships.
