Job Title: Workday Financials SME / Administrator Quote to Cash & Integrations

Location: India (Remote)

Engagement: Contract/Part time

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a Workday Financials SME / Administrator with strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials modules, with a solid understanding of revenue recognition, billing, reporting, and integration frameworks. This role requires the ability to independently manage configurations, support financial close activities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes within Workday Financials.

Configure and support Customer Accounts, Contracts, Contract Amendments, Invoicing, Billing Schedules, Revenue Schedules, Payments, and Accounts Receivable.

Support month-end and period-end close activities, including revenue, deferred revenue, and AR reconciliations.

Design, build, and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workato, and Workday Studio (good to have).

Develop and maintain Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and BIRT reports with complex calculated fields.

Participate in full lifecycle project activities including design, configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data conversion, and cutover.

Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation or support experience.

Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Recognition.

Proven experience with Workday integrations and reporting.

Strong understanding of Workday financial close processes.

Ability to work independently with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Financials Certification.

Experience with Workday Studio and global or multi-entity implementations.
