About the role

A Workday Finance Consultant with 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.

Skills and Qualification

• 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience.
• Expertise in P2P, Expenses, R2R, Accounting, Banking, O2C, C2C, Knowledge on Settlement and other complex Finance solutions.
• Must have worked on End-to-end implementation workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.
• Active Workday certification is mandatory.
• Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and functionality.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Good oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
