Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Workday modules including Security, Integrations, Absence, Recruiting, Talent and Compensation
- Design integration systems for smooth data flow and secure connectivity
- Optimize recruitment and compensation processes to align with business objectives
- Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and provide efficient solutions
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven Workday experience in relevant modules
- Completed Workday training with PRO/Partner Certification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team across global
