Job Role: Workday Learning Lead

Job Description:
- Lead the Learning work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
- Configure and test the Workday Learning system.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.
- Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Ox.
- Must have Learning experience
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Learning for global rollouts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
Certifications
- Workday HCM core. (Must Have)
- Workday US Learning. (Preferred)
Experience & Background
- BE/BTech/M Tech/MBA/MCA from an accredited college/university.
- Should have a minimum 2-3 end to end Workday deployment lifecycle experience as a workstream lead for Workday Learning.
