Designation: Workday Consultant
Exp: 8 - 15 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days Office)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Workday implementation and/or support across modules
- Gather requirements, design, prototype, and test solutions based on customer needs
- Configure Workday system as per business requirements
- Manage customer expectations through effective communication and presentation
- Apply Workday implementation methodology across projects
- Maintain strong understanding of Workday business processes
- Utilize Workday tools like EIBs, Advanced Loads, migration recipes, and configuration packages
- Support Workday releases and analyze impact of feature updates
- Resolve incidents, manage cases, and provide production/warranty support
- Prepare end-user documentation and training materials
- Work within SDLC and Agile methodologies
Requirements
- Must be certified or experienced in Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting)
- Minimum 45 years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experience
- Hands-on experience in Workday configuration (MANDATORY)
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday business processes
- Knowledge of Workday tools (EIBs, Advanced Loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Workday Security
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and adapt to Workday release updates
- Experience in incident management and production support
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
