Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with strong experience in core Workday modules and integrations. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, and Security, along with experience in Workday EIB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Workday HCM modules HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, and Security
- Develop and manage integrations using Workday EIB
- Support change requests (CRs) and production migrations
- Ensure timely responses during CR windows and production activities
- Promptly acknowledge and resolve production-related requests
- Provide support during weekends when required
- Ensure smooth transition/replacement of resources as needed
Required Skills:
- 68 years of strong Workday HCM technical experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIB and Security
- Good understanding of production support and release cycles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
