Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions, with a focus on optimizing HR processes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Workday modules based on client requirements.
Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency using Workday.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday applications.
Facilitate user training sessions and create user documentation.
Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

6-15 years of experience in Workday HCM or related modules.
Strong understanding of Workday architecture and data model.
Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics.
Experience in configuring Workday integrations and security.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
