Role 1 - Workday Time & Absence Consultant
Role 2 - Functional Workday Recruiting & Compensation Consultant
Role 3 - Functional Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant
Role 1 - Functional Workday Time & Absence Consultant

We are looking for candidates with strong Workday experience, but their Time and Absence knowledge must be equally as strong. They must have supported at least 2 global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence and be Workday Certified.
Required Qualifications:
Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (must be current).
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.
Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.
Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Role 2 - Functional Workday Recruiting & Compensation Consultant

Job Details:
This Candidate needs to be Workday Certified in Recruiting and experience with HCM, Talent & Performance are a plus. They need to be workday Certified in Recruiting as they will be configuring in the Workday production tenant as they are already live in Workday globally. These are mini projects and they are moving the Recruiting over to Different Vendors based on the Countries involved. They must be expert level in everything Workday Recruiting, Business process, design, configuration and the go to person. They do have an Architect so they do not need Architect but if they are it is a plus.
Role 3 - Functional Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

We are seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to support a live, global Workday environment. This individual will be hands-on in the Workday production tenant, delivering configuration and support for Advanced Compensation initiatives tied to ongoing miniprojects and global program changes.
Required Qualifications
Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation
Deep, expertlevel experience with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, including:
o Bonus and incentive plans
o Stock / equity plans (if applicable)
o Eligibility rules, compensation matrices, guidelines, and compensation cycles
Strong experience designing, configuring, and supporting Compensation-related business processes
Proven ability to work independently as the goto Advanced Compensation SME
Experience configuring directly in a live, global Workday tenant
Strong understanding of endtoend compensation design, testing, and deployment
