Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Workday Consultant. The Workday Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions, providing technical and functional support for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, designing customized solutions, managing system integrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of HRIS platforms. The role may also involve conducting training sessions for end-users and delivering ongoing system optimizations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Experience with Workday Financial Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in Workday implementation or support is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
