Branch Manager, Hyderabad (Immigration)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Hyderabad immigration office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in team management, and in-depth knowledge of immigration processes. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of consultants by providing training, guidance, and performance support.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and drive branch growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable immigration laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration rules and procedures, particularly for Australia and Canada.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze key metrics, and report progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–8 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in immigration consultancy or a related service industry.
• Hands-on experience with Australia PR and Canada PR visa processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently provider.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
