Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Workday Consultant Talent Optimization with strong expertise in
Performance Enablement, Career Development Planning, and Learning Core . The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on Workday configuration experience along with strong consultative and analytical skills to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions for complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday Talent Optimization modules including:
- Performance Enablement
- Career Development Planning
- Learning Core
- Configure Workday solutions with hands-on expertise aligned to business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and evaluate multiple implementation approaches.
- Provide consultative guidance, ensuring best practices and scalable Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Workday experiences.
- Document configurations, processes, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements to proactively advise clients.
Required Skills Experience
- 8-12 years of overall Workday experience, with a strong focus on Talent Optimization.
- 2-3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in relevant modules.
- Proven consulting experience with the ability to compare solutions and recommend best-fit approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations.
- Client-centric mindset with strong ownership.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and integration concepts.
