Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Workday)
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Workday Consultant Talent Acquisition with strong expertise in
Workday Recruiting and Onboarding , along with hands-on exposure to
Paradox and
HiredScore . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday configuration, consulting, and stakeholder engagement, delivering scalable and effective talent acquisition solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Recruiting Onboarding
- Configure, optimize, and manage Workday Recruiting workflows, requisitions, candidate pipelines, and offer processes.
- Lead the design and execution of Workday Onboarding to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement enhancements and resolve system issues.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Drive recruitment initiatives across multiple functions and locations.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience, and recommend improvements.
Technology Enablement
- Utilize Paradox conversational AI for candidate engagement, interview scheduling, and chatbot-driven hiring experiences.
- Leverage HiredScore for candidate matching, diversity hiring, and predictive talent analytics.
- Ensure smooth integration of Paradox and HiredScore with Workday and other HR systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and vendors to deliver efficient hiring outcomes.
- Provide training and support to recruiters and HR teams on Workday, Paradox, and HiredScore functionalities.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Onboarding configuration (minimum 23 years).
- Experience working as a consultant with the ability to analyze pros and cons of different Workday implementation approaches.
- Hands-on knowledge of Paradox and HiredScore .
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to understand and participate in business discussions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in global recruitment operations and compliance.
- Knowledge of HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Exposure to change management and process optimization initiatives.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on improving recruitment processes through technology.
