Workday Consultant
5+ years experience
We are seeking experienced Workday professionals to support enterprise-level implementation and managed-services projects. The focus is on HCM and related functional areas, excluding Finance and Marketing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/configure Workday HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
- Support Payroll localization and integrations where applicable.
- Design and document business processes, security groups, and custom reports/dashboards.
- Perform data validation, testing (unit/UAT), and support deployments.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and end-user support during stabilization.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on Workday experience, primarily in HCM/Talent/Compensation/Absence/Benefits/Payroll.
- Good grasp of Workday business processes, calculated fields, EIB/integrations, and security.
- Experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations or AMS projects.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
- Workday certification preferred (HCM/Talent or relevant).
Exclusions:
- Finance modules (Financial Accounting, Procurement, etc.) and Marketing/AMS (workforce planning in a marketing context) are out of scope.
