Security Configuration and Integration: Configure and optimize Workday security features, including authentication methods, configurable security in coordination with other workstreams:
- o Serve as Workday security administrator, with a deep insight of Workdays security framework and cross platform business processes to drive and adopt and business processes for across modules
- o Knowledge and hands on experience in both Foundation and Advanced configurable security
- o Experience in designing, developing and implementing Integration security groupso Create and update security policies, domains, segmented security, role-based /user-based roles
- o Lead the validation, vetting of all roles and respective security group assignments, domain security policy and BP security policy by functional area as requirements are submitted
- o Help implement and test new Workday bi-annual features
- o Work with stakeholders in the organization to understand their use cases, propose technical solutions and implement those solutions
- o Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support usage, knowledge transfer and change management programs
- Security Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures within the Workday environment
- Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on security protocols, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Users, Functional Technical workstream and compliance, to align security initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication of security risks and requirements
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Certified Workday HCM professional with significant hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules
- Competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for WD Security in at least 1 project
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting security-related issues within complex enterprise systems
- Proven experience in Workday security administration, including role-based security, user provisioning, and access controls
- Good communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred: Certification any other advanced modules is a plus
- 4+year experience in end-to-end implementation/AMS/Rollout of Core HCM across geo graphie.
