Job Description:
Role: Workday Functional Consultant
- Understanding of Core HCM BPs
- Good understanding of overall Hire to Retire process
- Review, test, validation of Core HR Business processes
- Understanding of Supervisory Organization concept and Staffing Model
- Understanding of Compensation structure and salary components
- Understanding of Domain security policies, Integration security and end-user security
- Able to configure new BPs, modify & enhance existing Business processes
- Able to design & create moderate or complex Advanced reports
- Able to design & create Composite & Matrix reports
- Able to design & create simple or moderate complexity BIRT reports
- Expert in creating calculated fields
- Able to configure BP & Integration user security
- Able to create dashboards & reporting solutions to serve various business needs.
- Expert in using reports as a web service
- Good understanding of Workday's Web Service functionality
- Experience in integration development using Workday Studio
Role: Workday Technical Consultant
- Required Skills: Workday Extend, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB and HR functions.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to business challenges leveraging Workday Extend technologies
- Technical guidance and oversight on Workday Cloud Platform, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Designed and built both inbound and outbound integrations in various segments of the Workday system
- Work with Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, Data Conversions loads, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services.
