We are hiring an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Workday implementation, configuration, and client consulting across multiple HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Workday HCM Subject Matter Expert with hands-on expertise in design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Lead client workshops and design discussions to recommend Workday best practices and optimal configuration strategies.
• Deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
• Support migration activities from legacy HR systems to Workday.
• Configure and manage Workday Business Processes, security roles, alerts, notifications, and reporting.
• Handle client data loading, tenant migration, integrations, and system setup activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in Workday release updates, training programs, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration.
• Strong expertise in the following Workday modules:
• Recruiting
• Core HCM
• Benefits
• Payroll
• Hands-on experience with:
• Workday Business Process Framework
• Advanced Reporting & Dashboards
• Security Configuration
• Alerts & Notifications
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Tenant Migration & Data Loading
• Workday HCM Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
