Job Description:

Role: Workday Configuration Consultants

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Experience: 8 to 15days

Type of Role: Full-Time (5days work from Office) no-remote, no-hybrid

Shifts: US Shifts (Night Shifts only)

Requirement for Workday resource exp level 8-15 Yrs, Exp in Leading team of Min 5-6 resources and flexible to work in US shifts work at office Chennai. Key skills: Workday HCM and advanced modules (Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Talent, Payroll )

Quick Joiners preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, EIBs, mass data loads, and reporting.

Workday Certification(s) strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire and Payroll processes.

Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM and minimum 3 additional modules.
