Position:- Workday Compensation Functional Consultant
Experience:- 4+ years
Location:- Bengaluru, Pune, Noida, Chennai and Jaipur
Requirements: · Certification in Workday Core Compensation. · 2-8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Compensation systems, with at least two full implementation across two phases. · Strong knowledge of compensation eligibility rules, plans, defaulting, and business processes, with experience in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting solutions. · Ability to conduct client sessions to gather, analyze, and implement Workday Compensation solutions using best practices. · Experience in legacy data conversion, Workday release impact analysis, and resolving complex business scenarios. · Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective client engagement and team coordination.
