Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and functional configurations while working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Build and support Workday integrations including Studio and PECI
- Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Manage configurations, enhancements, change requests, and production support
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (PST time zone)
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM
- Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules
- Experience with Workday Integrations: Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in PST shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
