- 3 years of experience in Workday Benefits implementation or support

- Leading end-to-end implementation of Workday Benefits

- Configuring Workday Benefits objects and integrations

- Collaborating with HCM, Payroll, and Security teams

- Staying updated with Workday releases and new Benefits features
