Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday administration and serve as a senior functional expert in Workday HR/Finance systems.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, Integrations, and Reporting.
  • Design, configure, and maintain role-based and domain security policies to ensure proper access controls and data protection.
  • Conduct security audits, manage segregation of duties (SoD), role provisioning, and access reviews to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and corporate IT policies.
  • Configure and manage compensation cycles, bonus plans, merit increases, stock/equity grants, and advanced compensation programs.
  • Configure and maintain performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles, calibration, and succession planning.
  • Lead the Workday Support Team, managing daily system support and Workday projects, ensuring governance, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, configuration, and security issues, collaborating with stakeholders, HR teams, and vendors.
  • Lead configuration, enhancement, and implementation activities across Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to align Workday solutions with organizational goals.
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, including unit, system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Participate in Workday product release cycles, ensuring adoption of new features and conducting regression testing.
  • Manage large-scale, global implementations, ensuring smooth collaboration across multi-time-zone teams.
  • Support sales/pre-sales efforts by contributing Workday expertise to RFPs, demos, and proposals.
  • Maintain transparent communication with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Demonstrate hands-on, problem-solving leadership to actively engage with teams, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
