Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience with implementation of Workday Adaptive (Workforce) Planning solutions or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Adaptive solution, preferably with relevant Workday certifications/ accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive from Design to Deploy .
  • Working knowledge of overall Workday solution and capabilities, with hands-on experience of leveraging Workday HCM and PRISM to establish relevant data models to support Workforce planning integration with 3rd party data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, to proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues, and independently drive initiatives to improve Workday Solution and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred, but not mandatory.
