Workday Absence Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Absence Consultantsto support a key engagement with Mercer. The ideal candidates should be Workday-certified with strong configuration and implementation experience in Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Absence Management modules
• Handle requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Time Zone Coverage:

• Must be available to support US-based customers
• Primarily work untilNoon CST, with flexibility to extend as needed
