Workato Integrations Specialist

Immediate joiners only. The client is based in California, so the candidate must be able to work according to the PST time zone. This is a 100% remote position. However, strict background checks will be conducted to avoid any possibility of moonlighting.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Workato Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in developing, deploying, and managing automation solutions using Workato. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in workflow automation, data manipulation, change management, and integration development across various enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

4-6 years of experience in Workato

Strong expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.

Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite.

Proficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby).

Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performance.

Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) and security best practices.

Understanding of IT governance, change management, and DevOps principles in integration workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills

Workato Automation Pro certification is a plus.

Familiarity with AI-powered automation, chatbot integrations, or RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).

Prior experience in enterprise automation projects, ERP/CRM integrations, or workflow automation.
