telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving phone calls to promote products, generate leads, and provide customer support, acting as a direct link between the business and its clients. Key tasks include making outbound calls using scripts, following up with prospects, updating databases, and achieving daily/monthly targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales/Lead Generation: Contact potential customers to promote services, explain product benefits, and generate sales leads.Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls to answer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide information regarding products/services.Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call logs, and feedback in the CRM system.Following Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed team, daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call targets.Required Skills and QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills in the required languages (e.g., English, regional languages).Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities.Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.Education: High school diploma, 12th pass, or equivalent.
