Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound calls to promote products, services, or support customers. They engage prospects, generate leads, close sales, and maintain accurate customer databases (CRM). Success requires excellent communication, negotiation, and telephone etiquette to meet daily/monthly targets.
