Telecaller's job involves making and receiving calls to engage potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, generating sales leads, resolving queries, and providing support, all while maintaining strong communication and meeting targets, functioning as the company's voice to build relationships and drive business. Key duties include outbound calls (cold calling), inbound call handling, data entry, lead qualification, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Contacting prospects to introduce products, explain features, and persuade them to buy.Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and offering solutions.Lead Management: Generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team.Customer Interaction: Building rapport, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Data & Records: Accurately updating customer details in CRM systems and logging call details.Sales Targets: Working to achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call quotas. Essential Skills:Excellent verbal communication & persuasion.Good listening skills & empathy.Self-control & resilience.Basic computer & data entry skills.Knowledge of relevant languages (for local/international roles).
