Key responsibilitiesOutbound calls: Initiate calls to potential clients to promote products or services and to follow up on leads.Inbound calls: Answer customer questions, provide information about products or services, and resolve complaints.Sales: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and achieve sales targets.Lead generation: Develop a database of potential customers through telephone canvassing and other methods.Customer relationship management: Build rapport with existing and potential clients to foster long-term relationships.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate details.
