telecaller job involves making outbound calls to promote products and services or handling inbound calls for customer service and sales inquiries. Key responsibilities include lead generation, resolving customer complaints, maintaining call records in a CRM, and meeting sales targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Core responsibilitiesOutbound calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales.Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information.Lead management: Follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel and convert them into sales opportunities.Customer service: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Data management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.Sales and targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call objectives.
