This role also includes handling inbound calls, addressing customer issues, maintaining accurate call logs and customer databases, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilitiesSales and Lead Generation: Initiate cold calls to potential clients, explain product features, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from customers, answer their questions, and provide product or service information.
