Core responsibilitiesOutbound calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and close sales.Inbound calls: Answer calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.Lead generation and follow-up: Identify potential customers and follow up with them to move them through the sales funnel.Customer service: Provide information about products, services, and pricing, and handle complaints with patience and a positive attitude.Data management: Record details of customer interactions and update customer information in a database or CRM system.Achieve targets: Meet daily and monthly sales and call quotas.
