• Source and recruit Healthcare Professionals for hospitals and medical institutions.
• Understand hospital requirements, including specialization, experience, location, salary and joining requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, references, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions regarding job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between doctors and hospitals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle multiple vacancies and locations simultaneously.
