Position: Female HR Recruiter (Digital Marketing Agency Experience Mandatory)

Important Note: Candidates must be currently or previously working in a Digital Marketing Agency or Company. Applications from other industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all digital marketing agency roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for niche roles such as SEO Managers, PPC/Performance Marketers, Content Writers, Social Media Strategists, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, and Client Servicing Executives.
Headhunt potential candidates from competitor companies and targeted digital marketing agencies.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and reduce turn-around time (TAT) for active hiring requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules, conduct initial HR screening, evaluate culture-fitment, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Manage job postings across job portals (Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media channels.
Required Candidate Profile
Gender: Female candidates only.
Industry Background: Must have experience working in/for Digital Marketing Agencies (e.g., Graygraph, RNF Technologies, Adsrole, MediaTrendz, Rebranding Gurus, RCV Technologies, Growing Pro, or similar).
Experience: 1 to 4 years in Digital Marketing recruitment.
Strong knowledge of agency roles, digital tools, and industry hiring standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Target Companies / Competitor Experience
Candidates having prior agency experience or talent-sourcing background from any of the following companies will be prioritized:
