Work-From-Home French Teacher (B2+)

French.GTA is a Canada-based online education platform specializing in TEF Canada preparation for immigration and PR applicants.

We help adult learners (ages 2040) across Canada achieve CLB 7+ through structured, interactive, and high-quality French instruction.

Our mission is to make French learning practical, goal-oriented, and results-driven empowering every student to reach their TEF Canada target and unlock new opportunities for Permanent Residency.

We are hiring skilled and passionate French teachers (B2 level or higher) to conduct online group classes focused on TEF Canada exam preparation.

You will teach motivated adult learners, and ensure steady student progress through clear instruction, regular feedback, and structured lesson delivery.

• Conduct live online group classes (14 adult students, ages 2040) focused on TEF Canada preparation.
• Teach from beginner (A1) to advanced (B2) levels using structured TEF-based curriculum.
• Provide detailed explanations for grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Offer personalized 1:1 feedback to help students achieve CLB 7+ or higher.
• Maintain attendance records and share them monthly by the 3rd.
• Upload class notes, Zoom links, and materials to the shared drive at least 24 hours before class.
• Record test results and update management on student progress.
• Follow company protocols for communication, schedule management, and conduct.
• Represent French.GTA's quality-first, TEF-only brand with professionalism and reliability.

• French proficiency at B2 or above (mandatory).
• Proven experience teaching adult learners or TEF/TCF preparation.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Confident using Zoom or Google Meet for teaching.
• Strong online classroom management and engagement skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet, laptop, webcam, and headset.
• Availability during both IST time slots:
• 5:30 AM 8:30 AM
• 5:30 PM 8:30 PM

• INR 400 per teaching hour (flat rate per class, regardless of class size).
• Approx. INR 76,800/month for a standard 8-hour teaching day.
