We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management professional to oversee scheduling and forecasting within our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and proven experience in optimizing workforce efficiency through effective scheduling strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scheduling models to optimize workforce efficiency.
Analyze historical data to forecast staffing needs based on business trends.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their scheduling requirements.
Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust schedules accordingly.
Prepare and present reports on workforce performance and forecasting accuracy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in scheduling practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in workforce management software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Understanding of labor laws and regulations pertaining to workforce management.
