Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivatedWeb Developerto join our team at a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining the company's internal and external websites. As a Web Developer, you will collaborate with the marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure the company's online presence is efficient, user-friendly, and aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications that meet company needs.
- UI/UX Design: Ensure that websites are optimized for user experience, ensuring smooth navigation and appealing design.
- Front-End Development: Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Back-End Development: Work with back-end technologies and frameworks to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the website.
- Testing & Debugging: Test websites across different browsers and platforms to ensure functionality and compatibility, and troubleshoot any issues.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and IT to develop solutions tailored to business needs.
- Maintenance: Regularly update and improve website functionality based on feedback and changing business requirements.
- Security: Ensure the websites and applications are secure and meet industry standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to ensure fast loading times and better user engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as aWeb Developer, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects (preferably in manufacturing or similar industries).
- Proficiencyin front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experiencewith back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity withdatabaseslike MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge ofversion control systemslike Git.
- Understanding ofSEObest practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Goodcommunication skillsto collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working withCMS platforms(WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
- Knowledge ofeCommerce platforms(Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Experience withresponsive design frameworks(Bootstrap, Material UI).
- Familiarity withAgile development methodologies.
Work Environment:
- The job is based inHyderabadat the companys office.
- You will be required to work6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
- The working hours are typically from9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
