Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a WordPress Developer located in Goregaon. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites. Responsibilities include both back-end and front-end development, creating and customizing themes and plugins, ensuring responsive web design, and debugging and troubleshooting for optimal site performance. The developer will work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that websites meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the web development team to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Oversee thedesign, development, and maintenanceof websites usingWordPress,PHP,HTML5,CSS3, andJavaScript.
• Work collaboratively withdesigners, content creators, SEO, and marketing teamsto build performance-driven websites.
• Ensure websites areresponsive,secure, and optimized forspeed, SEO, and usability.
• Manageproject timelines, task allocation, and ensure code quality through regular reviews.
• Research and implement the latest web trends, frameworks, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges and ensure minimal downtime.
• Support in scoping, estimating, and planning new web development projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experiencein web development, with strong proficiency in:
• WordPress, PHP, and MySQL
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience inLaravel frameworkis a strong advantage.
• Proventeam management and leadership skillswithin a digital agency setup.
• Experience incustom WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity withShopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding ofSEO, Google Analytics, andpage performance optimization.
• Experience withGit or version control systems.
• Exposure toCRM integrations, marketing automation tools, andlanding page optimization.
